Photo Friday – A Rainier Sunset

I took my camera, my stove, and my dinner up to Spray Park. Finding an exposed ridge line, I sat looking back and forth between the sunset and the reflected colors on Mount Rainier. These two shots were taken in the height of color.

Photo Friday – Soft

This picture was taken with a B+W Neutral Density 3.0 MRC Filter on the Bulb setting, using a stop watch for timing. I took a variety of shots so that I’d have several different exposures when I returned. I finally settled on this 53 second exposure.

Photo Friday – Golden Gate

This is the quintessential Bay Area shot. I took it with my very first digital camera, while I still used a 35mm film SLR.
